Introduction Your Role and Responsibilities Responsibilities: - Works with Hiring Managers and Sr Client Search Leads to understand hiring needs. - Leverages market expertise in distinct strategic skills to identify and acquire best in class talent. - Accountable for keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately always updated. - Dentifies target companies, user groups, professional associations which could inform search parameters. - Utilize agile methodologies to facilitate data integrity and system integrations. - Uses Data/Insights/KPI’s to inform and improve search/hiring results. Required Technical and Professional Expertise - 3x times a week at IBM Office São Paulo Tutóia or Hortolândia - Add your resumé in English - Solid experience using online sourcing techniques. - Experience building relationships and consulting with Hiring Managers. - Fluency in English (spoken and written). - Ability to effectively learn new processes and tools. - Ability to analyze reports with data extracted from various ATS tools such as BrassRing. - Communicate with various stakeholders. - Curiosity & Growth Mindset. - Used to work in collaboration with a team and stakeholders. - Ability to adapt to change outcome focused. - Knowledge in Microsoft Office - Time Management and Prioritization skills. - Attention to details. - Ability to work under pressure.
