The Account Manager role requires a professional who can sell our products and services to new and existing customers while developing a pipeline to drive revenue growth.
1. LATAM Sales and Territory Development
2. Achieve or exceed quota targets
3. Develop effective opportunity/account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
4. Establish and maintain key relationships at multiple levels within assigned accounts
5. Deliver overviews, presentations, and coordinate high-level functional product demonstrations to new and existing accounts
6. Participate in regional development, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles
7. Develop and deliver business cases to address customer and prospect priorities and pain points
8. Maintain a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline
9. Keep pipeline current and moving up the pipeline curve
10. Support promotions and events in assigned region
11. Update Salesforce system with accurate customer and pipeline information
12. Territory Development:
13. Foster opportunities for our solutions by cold calling into targeted companies and following up with leads
14. Work with Account Executives to target high-value prospects in assigned territory Generate sufficient new opportunities per month
15. Communicate business value to prospects
16. Gather prospects' needs and understand their initiatives as they relate to our solution
17. Document all activity related to accounts using Salesforce.com
18. Stay current with industry knowledge and best practices to effectively communicate with prospects
