Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Cutover Manager to lead our SAP S/4HANA implementation project. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to business segments in Asia.
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with leadership and PMO to ensure successful project execution.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project.
* Collaborate with leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW and more) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation troubleshooting and resolution of technical defects.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
