About the Role
* Technical Expertise: We require professionals with 8+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following domains: Java Developers, Python Developers, .NET Developers, C++ Developers, JavaScript / Frontend Developers, Full-Stack Developers, Machine Learning / AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers / Architects, Mobile Developers, DevOps / SRE Engineers, Cybersecurity Engineers, QA Automation Engineers, Blockchain Developers, Salesforce Developers / Admins, SAP Consultants, Data Scientists.
* Candidate Evaluation: You will be responsible for conducting unbiased evaluations of candidate performance, assessing their problem-solving abilities, coding skills, and overall fit.
Requirements
* Location: Based in LATAM
* Experience: 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in chosen domain
* Skills: Strong knowledge of coding, architecture, and design patterns; prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technical training preferred
* Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish
* Affiliation: Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled interviews
