Robotics Deployment Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the successful deployment of robotic systems in our manufacturing facilities, focusing on digital integration aspects. This role is crucial for identifying and implementing robotization opportunities to support growth and scalability in low-volume, high-mix production environments.
The ideal candidate will combine strong operational knowledge with advanced understanding of digital systems to ensure both physical deployment and data/system integration are delivered successfully and sustainably.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate or lead the planning, execution, and delivery of robotic projects from concept to commissioning with factory teams & integrators.
* Analyze manufacturing processes to identify automation/robotization opportunities.
* Define ROI, payback period, and performance KPIs for proposed robotic investments.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics) or a related field.
* Minimum 5–10 years of experience in robotics implementation, automation, or manufacturing project management.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering robotic/automation projects in factory environments.
