Location: 100% on site - Morumbi, SP
Job Responsibilities
1. Support in writing business research analysis and summaries, focused market behaviour and competitive landscape, and provide local market knowledge to support management decision-making;
2. Conduct business operation data construction work, including but not limited to conducting primary and secondary market research, building dashboards out of extracted data, always focused on increasing team's efficiency by making information organized and accessible;
3. Support in formulating delivery business operation strategies, including experience management strategies, pricing strategies, allowance strategies, and quickly adjust strategies according to the needs of different business stages to help business rapid development.
Job Requirements
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Bachelor’s or Technologist) in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Dec 2027;
* Language: English is mandatory.
* Be sensitive to data and have strong data analysis capabilities;
* Fast and dedicated learner, have a broad industry perspective, logical thinking capabilities, and possess a spirit of exploration and innovation;
* Plus: Have internship experience in commercial analysis, operational excellence or data-related fields in industries such as management consulting, technology, O2O, e-commerce, and instant delivery
