Role Overview
1. Key Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst – Product Designer is a pivotal member of the design team, collaborating with business stakeholders and solution architects to deliver value-added features for sales, marketing, and billing teams.
1. Technical Solutions:
Assess business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend efficient technical solutions and workarounds.
1. Requirements Gathering:
Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
2. Documentation:
Document detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories).
This role provides exposure to a suite of enterprise applications, including Service Sales CRM solutions and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications
