Role Overview
In this role, you will analyze customer support and operations data to provide insights and drive improvements, enhancing the customer journey. You will ensure smooth operations, monitor performance, and identify process enhancements.
Responsibilities
* Analyze customer data to identify improvement opportunities.
* Monitor operational performance and identify trends.
* Recommend proactive solutions to maximize customer value.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve experience.
* Monitor customer health metrics and develop action plans.
* Coordinate with BPO partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
* Drive customer experience improvements in collaboration with various teams.
* Serve as a subject matter expert in specific product areas.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
* Fluent in English.
* 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in fast-growing tech companies.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk.
* Data analysis and customer insights generation skills.
* Proactive problem-solving mindset.
* Understanding of customer journey mapping.
* Project management skills.
