About the Team
Helo aims to be the go-to platform for people to find and share what's happening, discover interesting local content, and connect with diverse communities. The Helo app features a dedicated video channel with personalized content matched to your interests, and offers easy-to-use tools or templates for creators to express themselves in their own way -- including text, video, memes, and more. Helo is available in Indonesia, Brazil, Vietnam, and Thailand.
Helo Creator Operation is an important part of Helo. We are positioning COT as a Creator Mid-Platform, responsible for the final result of the creator ecosystem. Our team target is to be No.1 in the industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build a strong local team to drive the business development, and help the team members to grow
- Responsible for the creator-related business of the team in Brazil including but not limited to creator acquisition, creator maintenance, celebrities, publishers, OGC, KOL, MCN, brand, and other key content generator partnerships
- Cooperate with the cross-team closely, and support the execution of localized strategy
- Plan and support the creator brand strategy, such as creator marketing, offline event, workshop, and other marketing activities
- Deliver data-driven insights based on in-depth analysis of competitive threats, expansion opportunities, and internal performance, ensuring the successful execution of the strategic plan
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Marketing, or related fields
- At least 5+ years of experience in the mobile app-related industry
- Familiar with content creation industry and have good connections with media, celebrities, KOL, journalists, MCN, etc
- Able to work under big pressure
- Good communication skills, Proactive and optimistic, Fluent/Advanced English
