Business Development Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across LATAM by selling nutraceutical ingredients to dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries, building high-quality pipelines and long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and execute strategic sales plans to capture new business and manage key accounts across LATAM.
* Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors to foster strong partnerships.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and protect market share.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build brand awareness.
