The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of U.S. property management, proven leadership skills, and the ability to balance tenant relations, administrative efficiency, and team management in a fast-paced environment.This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior on-site property managers, ensuring best practices are followed across the teamOversee tenant communications, lease renewals, and resolution of escalated tenant issuesAssist in managing leasing activities, including advertising, coordinating with your on-site team for property showings, applicant screening, and drafting lease agreementsEnsure compliance with lease terms, investigate violations, and address tenant disputes professionallySupervise vendor coordination for maintenance repairs and upgrades, and coordinate with the on-site property manager for larger renovation projectsCollaborate with leadership on property marketing strategies and operational improvementsOversee properties’ financial performance, including drafting budgets, tracking actuals to budget, and dictating strategies to maximize financial outcomesWhat We’re Looking For:Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management (required)Previous experience managing or leading a property management teamProficiency with AppFolio or similar property management softwareAvailable to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)Available to start within 2 weeks from job offerTechnical Requirements:Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcamReliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outagesProficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google WorkspaceProficiency with AppFolio or similar property management softwareWhy You’ll Love Working Here: Competitive CompensationWe offer a competitive monthly salary of USD 1,500 - 2,500, based on your experience and qualifications.
