A Ricoh Brasil client based in São Paulo SP is looking for a qualified Bilingual Receptionist, responsible for front desk activities and overall office organization, ensuring the proper functioning of the workspace, supporting internal teams and visitors. The role requires strong customer service skills, high level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage daily office routines in a corporate environment with interaction with international team members.
Main activities and responsabilities
Reception / Front Desk
* Manage the reception desk and greet clients and visitors;
* Confirm meetings and support meeting room organization;
* Provide customer service support to internal and external stakeholders;
* Assist withsecurity procedures and visitor control;
Office Management / Facilities
* Oversee common areas and ensure the office space is organized and presentable;
* Coordinate supply areas and order office equipment when necessary;
* Manage cleaningstaff and support general office maintenance;
* Support generaloffice administration activities;
Administrative
* Report directly to Corporate Services and Facilities managers based in New York City (NY);
* Communicateviaemail and collaborate with team members in New York;
Requirements
* Ensure professional environment standards (business casual, organized workspace);
* Full-time availability to work on-site from Monday to Friday (8:00–17:00);
* Previous experience in reception, office administration, or customer service in both Portuguese and English;
* Currently attending university (evening classes allowed) or already graduated in technical course, Bachelors or above in Business Administration, Management or similar;
