💼 Finance Specialist (Markets / Accounting / Operations)
📍 Hybrid 3x in Morumbi São Paulo | CLT Employment Model
We are looking for a Finance Specialist with strong experience in CIB Markets environments, combining expertise in operations, accounting, and data reconciliation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Technology, acting as a bridge between business processes and system implementations.
🚀 What You’ll Do:
* Analyze and support reconciliation processes across Markets systems and bank areas (FO–BO reconciliation)
* Identify and resolve breaks between Front Office, Risk, and Accounting systems
* Support accounting and financial reporting flows (P&L, balance sheet, accounting entries)
* Work with data (SQL, Python, Databricks) to validate and reconcile information
* Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and IT teams
* Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
* Contribute to system integration and transformation projects
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Functional Skills
* Strong experience in CIB Markets environments
* Hands-on experience in Back Office / Operations / Post-trade processes:
* Settlements
* Confirmations
* Reconciliations
* Reporting
* Solid understanding of financial products: FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Money Markets, Equities
* Strong knowledge of accounting concepts:
* P&L and Balance
* Accounting entries
* Chart of accounts / accounting matrices
* Experience with reconciliation processes and tools
🔹 Technical / Data Skills:
* Strong experience with SQL (mandatory)
* Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms
* Understanding of Front-to-Back data flows
* Experience with systems such as Murex, Calypso, or similar
🔹 Process & Integration:
* Experience with system integrations and process orchestration
* Understanding of end-to-end workflows (Front → Middle → Back → Accounting)
* Ability to analyze discrepancies, reconcile data, and identify inconsistencies
🎓 Background:
* Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
* Experience in banking / financial services (Markets)
* Proven experience in operations, accounting, or reconciliation roles
⭐ Nice to Have:
* Experience with reconciliation platforms (manual or automated)
* Exposure to data engineering environments (ETL, pipelines)
* Experience with regulatory or financial reporting
* Experience in transformation or system migration projects
* Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello) and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
