We're seeking an experienced SAP Technical Cutover Manager who wants to learn and grow. In this position, you'll:
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with leadership and PMO to guide the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to business segments in Asia.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project, including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
* Collaborate with leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through project management tools, meetings, emails, and project documents.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
A strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points, prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects are also required.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as well as strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred skills include experience with prior projects that have successfully gone live with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
