We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to spearhead the development and implementation of our IT ERP.
* Drive architectural decisions for ServiceNow configuration and development, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
* Lead and mentor external partners responsible for ServiceNow development and application management, fostering collaboration and accountability.
* Perform configuration, development, and administration tasks within ServiceNow, utilizing best practices to maintain scalability and minimal technical debt.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the DSM ServiceNow, Enterprise Architect, and Process Owners to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps and project scopes.
Investigate and advise on module usage, integrations, and platform capabilities across SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, VR, and custom applications, prioritizing out-of-the-box functionality and minimizing custom development.
Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all architectural decisions are aligned with the enterprise roadmap and scoped demands.
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and consultative guidance across modules, driving business value through efficient and effective ServiceNow utilization.
Evaluate and implement best practices to ensure platform design follows industry standards, avoiding unnecessary customization or technical debt.
