Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic project manager to lead our most critical initiatives. This advanced hybrid role combines the governance of a PMO, the hands-on coordination of a delivery manager, and the technical depth of a project manager. You will be entrusted with key product owner responsibilities, acting as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
As a senior technical project manager, you will ensure projects are not only delivered on time and within budget but also align with our strategic product vision and maintain the highest quality standards. Your mission is to develop, refine, and enforce technical project management methodologies and best practices across the organization.
You will oversee an action log, holding all team members and stakeholders accountable for their commitments. Implement 'planned vs actual' reporting to track project performance against initial baselines, highlighting deviations in scope, schedule, and budget.
The successful candidate will serve as the central point of contact for project coordination, facilitating communication and collaboration between product, development, QA, and go-to-market teams across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a technical project management role, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Demonstrated experience with PMO functions, including process standardization, governance, and portfolio management.
Must be currently based in Brazil and fluent in both written and verbal Portuguese and English. Expertise in managing project documentation, specifically RAID logs, decision logs, and action logs.
A track record of successfully holding cross-functional teams accountable for their deliverables. Experience performing product owner duties, such as managing a product backlog and defining user stories.
