About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to lead our automotive UX study in São Paulo. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid technical toolkit and on-the-ground research experience to take charge of day-to-day study operations, assist in moderating in-vehicle research sessions, and provide light device/IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and own the project plan, including timelines, budget, and participant milestones.
* Run stand-ups with distributed teammates and coordinate logistics for in-vehicle sessions.
* Moderate in-vehicle sessions and capture high-quality data.
* Translate consent forms, surveys, and session notes between Portuguese and English.
Requirements:
* Residency/work authorization in the greater São Paulo area.
* Native-level Portuguese and professional-level English (spoken and written).
* 3+ years of experience in project coordination, research operations, or similar fields.
* Comfort with diagnosing hardware/connectivity issues and willingness to learn proprietary research platform.
* Exceptional organization and proactive communication skills.
Preferred Extras:
* Prior automotive or in-vehicle research experience.
* Prior team management or project coordination experience.
Contract Details:
* Term: 3 months (~40 hours/week).
* Hybrid: Remote most days; up to 2 weeks of on-site fieldwork.
Conversion Path: Strong performance may lead to an offer for a permanent role on the UX Operations team.
