Our client in St-Apollinaire, QC is actively looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Complying with requirements, legal requirements including policies,
Work on PDCA's related to product improvement
Process customer orders in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate with customers via phone and email.
Work with internal departments to meet our customers' needs.
Help resolve product returns, respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
collection and processing of paperwork.
Any other tasks requested by business unit managers (Group Managers)
Other tasks and duties as required
Skills & Qualifications:
Computer literate
Good written and oral communication skills
Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with coaching support.
Well organized and excellent planning skills
Capable of working under pressure
Dependable and looking for a challenge
General product knowledge of windows and doors
