As a Creative Automation & Client Success Specialist, you'll be at the intersection of creativity, technology, and client success. Your mission is to help leading brands scale their creative production using Cape's Template Designer, our in-platform design tool.
You'll not only design high-performance templates but also manage onboarding processes, lead training, and act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding them through a smooth adoption of the tool. This role combines creative design with project and relationship management, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, ownership, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Design dynamic templates that automate and scale creative production across platforms.
* Translate creative briefs into flexible templates built for performance and brand consistency.
* Partner with internal teams to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and technical needs.
Client Onboarding and Training
* Own the onboarding journey for clients from kick-off to rollout.
* Lead hands-on platform training (1:1 and group), empowering clients to create and manage their own campaigns.
* Be a trusted point of contact for questions, support, and adoption guidance throughout the client relationship.
Project and Relationship Management
* Coordinate onboarding and training timelines, manage expectations, and communicate progress clearly with both clients and internal teams.
* Gather feedback from clients and translate their needs into actionable insights for the product team.
* Ensure clients are satisfied and excited about the value brought to their creative process.
Innovation and Americas Expansion
* Participate in Cape's LATAM growth story by shaping how creative automation is adopted in the region.
* Help refine the approach to onboarding and support for large markets like Brazil.
* Collaborate across teams to continuously improve workflows and tools.
Requirements
* Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
* Experience with Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or After Effects.
* Strong communicator and natural presenter.
* Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about automation and smart workflows.
* Great at managing multiple projects and timelines without losing details.
* 2+ years of experience in design, client success, or creative operations (agency or marketing team background a plus).
