ITTConnect is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to work with a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries.
This role involves multiple positions for experts in: SucessFactors Administration, Employee Central and Reporting (EC), Recruitment Management (RCM), Compensation, Onboarding (ONB) and Workzone / Fiori /SAPUI5.
Job location: Remote, working from anywhere.

Responsibilities:
* Deliver functional and technical components of SAP SuccessFactors modules
* Document functional and/or technical requirements as input to application design, gathering and challenging business requirements and driving workshops
* Write and present detailed functional specifications to gather and challenge business requirements and drive workshops
* Translate business requirements into solution design, aligning to a global template and in compliance with SuccessFactors leading practices
* Configure system according to Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
* Validate development during qualification tests
* Prepare and execute test cases, test plans, test scripts
* Support the development team during technical design, development phase and UAT Tests
* Design/build/test connections to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Budget Utilization Management tracking
* Build reports and/or dashboards using native SF reporting functionalities
* Manage incidents, analyze defects, research solutions and liaise with other support groups/stakeholders for successful conclusion of incidents
Requirements:
* 15+ years of IT experience
* 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
* Fluent in English
* Experience in supporting multi-country global rollouts
* At least 2 SuccessFactors end-end implementation and support experience
* Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
