Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to support our Product & Engineering environment, facilitating Agile practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of team performance.
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles;
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team;
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team delivery;
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices;
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress;
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback;
* Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions.
Requirements
Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master;
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums).
Skills:
* Strong familiarity with SAFe; certifications are highly desired;
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts;
* Experience working with distributed, global teams;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset;
* Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Education:
* SAFe certification is highly desired;
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (optional).
