We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer & Ad Operations Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven media buys across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Media Buying & Optimization: Plan and execute campaigns to maximize ROI, manage budgets, bids, and targeting strategies, conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
* Ad Operations & Technical Management: Oversee ad trafficking, tag implementation, and QA, troubleshoot discrepancies in delivery, tracking, or attribution, collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
* Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights, generate reports and present findings to stakeholders, ensure alignment between media spend and business objectives.
* Client & Stakeholder Success: Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams or clients on best practices, proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital advertising tools and platforms like Google Ad Manager, WordPress, GAM 360, traffic acquisition tools, and header bidding solutions.

* Attention to Detail: Precision in setting up campaigns, implementing ad tags, or managing publisher configurations to ensure optimal outcomes.
