Great opportunity to join an impactful Sustainability & ESG startup.Main Activities:- Maintain and evolve data pipelines, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.- Work closely with the business to translate problems into analytical solutions with defined outcomes.- Perform in‐depth data analysis using SQL and other exploratory tools on platforms such as Postgres and BigQuery.- Propose solutions to business requirements, offering multiple implementation options.- Write scripts to validate loaded data.- Act as a mentor to the team, actively collaborating, teaching, and contributing to the technical development and growth of the group.Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Python.- Experience with Spark.- Strong experience writing SQL and working with data‐manipulation practices on platforms such as Postgres and BigQuery.- Knowledge of distributed computing and data‐engineering practices, including architecture and handling large volumes of data.- Experience developing and optimizing ETL pipelines, including validation scripts and anomaly detection.- Excellent analytical skills to solve complex problems and ensure data quality.- Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and convey technical concepts.- English PreferredAbout the hiring company:A Brazilian startup that develops technological solutions for measuring the social and environmental impacts of companies and organizations.
