In This Job You Will
* Ensure timely and accurate execution of all wave-related activities, including pre-release prep, release, hourly tracking, and post-wave analysis to maintain operational rhythm and performance visibility.
* Develop, revise, and validate labour plans using real-time data and forecast inputs. Optimize capacity across shifts and contribute to weekly and monthly accuracy reporting.
* Engage directly with floor operations to validate plans, identify inefficiencies, and drive CI initiatives that improve accuracy, flow, and team effectiveness.
* Maintain clean, audit-ready system inputs and deliver timely, high-quality reports. Execute admin tasks with consistency to support planning workflows and decision-making.
* Advanced MS Office; specifically MS Excel and MS Access
* Experience with automated warehouse environments and Autostore systems is preferred.
* Strong experience in a Planning position
* Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience within a 3PL environment and good warehouse knowledge
* Analytical and operational reasoning with the ability to generate and support innovation
* Personal resilience. Able to sustain a high level of energy and positivity during pressure
