We require a scalable solution where a vendor-managed team can execute technical reviews, resolve engineering escalations, and maintain seamless communication across our design-to-installation pipeline.Primary Duties- Reviewing structural conditions of rooftops and framing systems- Designing or verifying the configuration of racking and attachment systems- Performing load analysis to ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and expected performance over a 25-year system life- Working in a high-volume production environment, completing multiple project assessments per day, with some engineers averaging multiple evaluations per hour- The ability to maintain accuracy and consistency at scale is critical.- Regular shifting of work schedule may be required to support seasonal business needs- Turnaround Times: Core tasks are measured in business hours with expectations ranging from 4 to 24 hours depending on the task type.- Quality & Accountability: Staff must maintain a 95% quality score ;
