Job responsibilities
1. Market research: Assist the team in conducting expert interviews, user surveys, and merchant surveys to gain an in-depth understanding of the industry, merchants, and user needs and feedback, and write analysis reports to support team decision-making;
2. Data analysis: Build analytical models based on internal and external data to calculate goals, budgets, and evaluate ROI, etc.
3. Project promotion: Assist the business team to promote the implementation of important strategic projects and cross-team communication to ensure the achievement of key project milestones.
Job requirements
1. Onsite work for 6hrs/day;
2. English fluency, with strong cross-team/cross-cultural communication skills;
3. Currently pursuing a degree in administration, economics, finance, marketing, or a related field withexpected graduation between Dec **** and Dec ****;
4. Have business acumen and logical thinking ability, and data analysis experience is preferred;
5. Strong self-motivation and sense of responsibility.
