We are looking for a Sales Growth Manager to drive expansion in LATAM. You will be responsible for selling nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
Main Responsibilities
* Grow key accounts across LATAM by developing and executing country- and segment-level territory plans.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, utilizing your extensive knowledge of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to drive sales growth.
* Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, leveraging this information to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows and industry events, providing excellent customer service and product presentations.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients, their applications, and the LATAM market.
* Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish language skills, as well as self-starter attitude comfortable working remotely.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software, ensuring seamless communication and data management.
