Marketing Operations Specialist
We're looking for a highly organized, data-driven and creative professional to own the planning, execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management: Plan, design, set up and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.
2. Results driven: Creating campaigns that generate signups, first deposits and first trades in the app.
3. Process Optimization: Continuously iterate, improve and build scalable marketing workflows and operational frameworks.
4. Channel Ownership: Manage and optimize performance across multiple channels – Email Marketing, Push Notifications, Landing Pages, Social Media, Affiliates, SEO, Paid Ads and more.
5. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with designers, translators, copywriters, operators and developers to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
6. Planning & Budgeting: Lead quarterly planning for regional deliverables and team efficiency; ensure effective resource control and ROI enhancement.
7. Testing & Optimization: Coordinate and analyze A/B tests across strategies, cohorts and channels to enhance conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
8. Data & Insights: Deliver actionable insights and analyses focused on acquisition, activation and retention strategies.
