We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that connects with our audience and drives brand awareness.
Your mission is to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement, leads, and brand authority across various channels, including social media, blog posts, video content, and case studies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Plan and create high-quality social media content that resonates with our audience.
* Edit videos for our YouTube channel and oversee short-form video edits.
* Write and repurpose blog posts, newsletters, and case studies to drive engagement and conversions.
* Monitor content performance and make data-driven improvements to optimize results.
* Run paid media campaigns to amplify high-performing content and reach new audiences.
* Coordinate our content calendar across formats and channels to ensure seamless execution.
This role requires a strong understanding of content marketing best practices, solid writing and editing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple content types and projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B or tech/consulting industries. Strong English writing skills and basic video editing knowledge are also essential.
Bonus points if you have experience with tools like Figma, Capcut, and Google Ads, or familiarity with SEO, YouTube growth, and founder-focused content creation.
This is a demanding collaboration that requires significant time availability, commitment, and focus. We expect our ideal candidate to be responsive during business hours, consistent in delivery and follow-ups, and communicative throughout the day.
