About You

You are someone who thrives on building long-term relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. You enjoy working at the intersection of customer experience and business strategy, turning complex challenges into collaborative opportunities. You're passionate about delivering measurable impact, influencing client outcomes, and helping organizations achieve success through trust, communication, and value-driven solutions.

This position is fully onsite in San Salvador, El Salvador.

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* 2+ years of professional experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, Senior Manager, or similar client-facing role.
* Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or equivalent.
* Previous experience working with Government entities is required.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders, including executive and C-level contacts.
* Solid experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and proficiency with Excel.
* Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.
* Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Spanish.
* Strong leadership and people management experience.
* Proven sales and negotiation skills, especially in value-based selling.
* Strong strategic planning, mediation, and relationship management abilities.
* Proficient in reporting and data analysis using Excel.
* Industry knowledge and customer relationship expertise across multiple sectors.
* Excellent English level is a must.

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

* Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with key stakeholders.
* Negotiate and close contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors.
* Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
* Communicate project progress and performance to internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement.
* Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
* Prepare and present status and performance reports on client accounts.
* Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and grow new opportunities within assigned territories.
* Manage client escalations and complex requests to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
* Support strategic initiatives for process improvement and customer retention.
