Job Title: Key Account Strategist
CAS seeks a seasoned professional to support delivering services that combine customer success expertise with business development activities.
* Customer Success & Engagement
o Deliver onboarding and enablement sessions for clients to ensure seamless adoption of CAS solutions.
o Provide expert guidance to help clients realize the full value of CAS offerings.
o Maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.
* Business Development
o Identify opportunities to grow, retain, and cross-sell within existing accounts.
o Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
o Conduct prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and presentations.
* Strategic Communication
o Deliver compelling presentations and messaging to build awareness of CAS solutions.
o Support marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and industry events.
o Represent CAS at conferences and trade shows as agreed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, and business development.
* Fluent English language skills; Portuguese required; Spanish is an asset.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual meeting tools.
