Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and optimize bio pages for new financial advisor clients
* Collaborate with account managers to ensure seamless client setup
* Configure calendar linking systems and GHL account setups
* Elevate the onboarding experience for every new client
Client Relationship Management:
* Lead all client offboarding communications with professionalism
* Implement drip message campaigns and make adjustments based on client requests
* Conduct thorough account audits to identify and resolve messaging errors
* Manage monthly billing follow-ups and renewal communications
Meeting Support & Documentation:
* Attend weekly client meetings as the CSM's trusted partner
* Take detailed meeting notes and create actionable task lists
* Collaborate with account managers to track and complete client requests
* Maintain organized records of all client interactions and outcomes
Requirements:
* 2+ years of executive assistant or client support experience
* Proficiency with CRM systems (GHL experience preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Nice-to-Haves:
