ServiceNow Developer Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team in IT service management and platform administration. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITSM processes, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related modules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain ITSM workflows and modules.
* Perform platform administration tasks including user management, roles, and permissions.
* Assist in integrations and customizations as needed.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
* Participate in testing and deployment activities.
* Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
* Maintain documentation for development and configuration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience with ITSM focus.
* Experience with platform administration and configuration.
* Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Experience with AI, Virtual Agent, Robot Process Automation (RPA)
Preferred Certifications:
* Certified System Administrator (CSA)
* Certified Application Developer (CAD)
The remuneration for this position is $15-$20 per hour or equivalent annual salary range of 68,000-96,000 R$ BR. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with industry standards.
