Our organization is seeking a seasoned recruitment expert to lead strategic talent acquisition efforts in Brazil. This senior-level role requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.
This position serves as a key liaison between our organization and external partners, requiring effective communication and negotiation skills to deliver high-quality recruitment services.
The successful candidate will oversee the performance of a recruitment team, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
They will analyze operational data to identify trends and proactively solve issues, driving improvements in recruiting processes.
The individual will be responsible for presenting insights, updates, and reports to both internal and external stakeholders in a confident and compelling manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact between our organization and external partners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
* Oversee the performance of the recruitment team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
* Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
* Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
* Native Portuguese and Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
* Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
* Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
