Lead Linguist Role
We're seeking an analytical and detail-oriented linguist with a strong academic background in linguistics and passion for language, technology, and clear communication.
1. Create or edit linguistically rich content, such as grammar guides, syntactic analyses, usage explanations, or examples for NLP pipelines.
2. Identify and resolve issues related to ambiguity, bias, and grammaticality.
3. Perform quality assurance on model outputs for fluency, tone, factual accuracy, and language appropriateness.
4. Annotate linguistic datasets with syntactic, semantic, or pragmatic labels.
5. Support internal teams by conducting linguistic research and summarizing findings.
6. Apply linguistic knowledge to evaluate model behavior, error patterns, and generalization issues.
Key qualifications include:
* A deep understanding of linguistic theory and language structure.
* Experience with computational linguistics, corpus analysis, language data annotation, and LLM training is a plus.
* Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
