We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Program / Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale global network and security deployment programs. Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver large, complex global programs and projects related to network, security, unified communications, managed services, and mobility
* Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, including project managers as direct reports
* Oversee resource management across multiple time zones
* Interface confidently with senior management and executive stakeholders, including during critical incidents and outages
* Provide executive dashboards, reporting, and automated status updates
* Ensure delivery excellence while maintaining customer focus, strategic alignment, and profitability
* Drive continuous improvement in program and service management delivery
* Work independently in non-structured environments with minimal supervision
Required Experience & Qualifications
* 20+ years of experience in the IT industry
* 15+ years as a Project Manager and/or Service Manager
* 3+ years as a Program Manager
* Extensive proven experience delivering global network and/or security-related projects
* Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams of technical and non-technical consultants
* Strong experience in service management delivery
* Proven ability to manage large transformation programs, including:
* Multiple delivery streams
* Project Manager direct reports
* Executive-level reporting and dashboards
* Experience delivering one or more of the following:
* Large Unified Communications platforms
* Managed Services solutions
* Mobility solutions
* Solid understanding of security terminology, frameworks, and processes
* Ability to work effectively under extreme time pressure and tight customer deadlines
* Strong multitasking skills and independent working capability
* Calm, level-headed, and solution-oriented mindset
* Excellent client-facing, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Certifications
* Formal Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent)
* ITIL Foundation v3 or later
Languages
* Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory
* Business-level proficiency in at least one of the following:
* Mandarin
* Japanese
* Spanish
* Portuguese
* Cantonese
