Job Description
The SAP Technical Cutover Manager plays a critical role in guiding the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to business segments in Asia.
This includes leading and coordinating technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project, ensuring technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
The successful candidate will collaborate with leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is required for this Technical Cutover Manager to manage all technical activities of other technical cutover resources.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
