We are looking for a Recruiter I.
What you will do:
Assist in the implementation and administration of recruitment programs.
Receive, screen, and file resumes.
Conduct initial screening interviews, phone screenings, and/or in-person interviews with potential candidates.
Extend job offers according to account descriptions and guidelines.
Follow up with candidates from the selection process through to their start date.
Utilize various resources—internet, community organizations, print media, formal/informal networks, colleges, and trade associations—to source qualified candidates directly and indirectly.
Maintain consistent standards for all candidates and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruitment.
Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of job specifications, including experience, skills, and behavioral competencies required for success in each role.
Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers, ensuring the Company is represented accurately and professionally while personally driving the highest standards of ethical behavior.
What you need:
One year of relevant experience with high-volume recruiting. In-progress or completed degree (Business Administration, Psychology, or HR Management).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Self-starter attitude, sense of urgency, ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
Professionalism and the ability to build strong relationships.
High attention to detail.
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
Intermediate to Advanced English. (B2). This is the place for you!
