Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join our team. This individual will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for our customer data ecosystem teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for the customer data ecosystem teams.
* Raise obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
* Counsel the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks.
* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
* Track team performance metrics such as velocity and burndown and work to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team by encouraging Agile best practices adoption.
Achieving Success in this Role
The ideal candidate will have excellent facilitation skills combined with experience working within an Agile environment. They must also possess strong leadership qualities while fostering collaboration throughout cross-functional teams.
The selected candidate should aim at staying abreast with current industry trends while adopting improvements from advancements in methodologies related to project management.
