About the Role
We're seeking an expert in automation to join our team and drive efficiency across our business.
1. Design and implement AI-powered workflows for marketing, operations, customer support, and reporting systems.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills as well as excellent business process thinking. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in automation, ops, or systems roles with a background in no-code/low-code tools. Additionally, strong English communication skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop smart automations using Zapier/Make/n8n & LLMs like ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude etc
* Bridge various tools such as Shopify/Asana/Google Workspace/Zendesk seamlessly
Requirements
* Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Zapier/Make/n8n)
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required (or equivalent work experience), Master's degree preferred but not necessary
