SAP Technical Cutover Manager Job Description
The role of a SAP Technical Cutover Manager involves overseeing the technical aspects of SAP localization and deployment. This includes ensuring that all technical activities are completed in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
This position requires strong leadership and coordination skills to manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
The successful candidate will be able to provide guidance and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members while adhering to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to guide the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to K-C business segments in Asia.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project, including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
* Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
