As a Senior Internal Talent Advisor, you will serve as a strategic liaison between the client and Randstad.
This position requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities to deliver high-quality recruitment services.
The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact between the client and RSR.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
* Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team.
* Analyze operational data to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
* Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition. They will also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A native Portuguese speaker with fluent English skills is required, with Spanish being a plus. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured professional presence are essential.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
