IT Support Analyst plays a key role in ensuring seamless IT operations for employees remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
· Provide expert guidance on troubleshooting system, application, and hardware problems
· Ensure timely updates on ticket progress to customers
· Collaborate with customers to resolve complex issues effectively
· Leverage internal IT resources to find solutions and provide support
· Conduct thorough research to resolve issues using external information
· Update the ticket tracking system with accurate status and fixes
· Escalate critical issues to relevant teams as needed
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
· Associate's Degree student in Information Systems or related field (preferred)
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
· Proven experience delivering IT solutions in corporate/enterprise environments
· Expertise working in mixed Mac and Windows environments
Additional Skills:
· Experience in the Advertising and/or Marketing industry (desired)
· Familiarity with centrally managed computer environments
· A/V environment experience is beneficial but not required
