Job Title: Data Insights Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, excellent business acumen, and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Run ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions related to customer behavior, product usage, sales performance, and financial trends
* Support deep dive projects such as weighted pipeline evaluation, consumption reporting, sales attainment analysis, and LTV to CAC modeling
* Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau or similar tools
* Write SQL queries to pull, clean, and transform data in Snowflake
* Support the development of repeatable data models for financial and operational metrics
* Draft summaries and written analysis that highlight insights and trends
* Partner with internal teams to clarify metric definitions and ensure consistency across reporting
* Document logic, definitions, and assumptions to support long term reuse
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a related field
* Moderate SQL experience with a willingness to learn and improve
* Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
* Strong analytical reasoning and the ability to connect data to business concepts
* Clear written communication skills and the ability to summarize findings
* Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in an async environment
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
