**Job Opportunity:** IT Support Specialist
We're seeking a skilled professional to join our global technology team in the role of IT Support Specialist. As an IT Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth IT operations and delivering top-notch support to users.
You will act as the main point of contact for incident resolution and service requests, providing both Service Desk (Level 1) and Deskside (Level 2) support. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing first-line IT support via phone, chat, or email for incidents and requests.
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
* Handling user account management, onboarding/offboarding, and access requests.
* Performing hardware replacements and coordinating vendor repairs or warranty claims.
* Ongoing maintenance and improvement of IT services to ensure high availability and performance.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives.
* Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support IT operations.
* Participating in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support and ensure continuous IT service delivery.
* Contributing to IT process improvements and recommending best practices to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
* Engaging in regular training and professional development to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
* Reporting on IT metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service level agreements (SLAs) and service desk performance.
* Supporting IT security initiatives and maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a similar role.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
