We are seeking an experienced Training Operations Coordinator to support our customers in Frankfurt.
The role involves coordinating the delivery of training sessions, analyzing client needs, and managing requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation.
The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, with exposure to an international work environment and a high-level understanding of the training landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analysing training needs provided by clients and determining the number of sessions needed to train overall trainees.
* Initiating and managing requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where required.
* Organising training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability, ensuring proper execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Customer service orientation, team player ability, clear and concise communication, attention to detail, structured and organised thinking, and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
