Career Opportunity: Agile Process Facilitator
This is a career opportunity for an Agile process facilitator to facilitate Agile ceremonies, support Scrum teams, and partner with enterprise Agile coaches.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Agile team meetings and ensure smooth project execution
* Support one or more Scrum teams in achieving their goals
* Work closely with Agile coaches to improve team performance and delivery
* Implement SAFe practices to enhance team collaboration and efficiency
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
* Maintain open communication channels with team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
* Familiarity with SAFe framework and certifications are a plus
* Experience working with Agile tools like Jira or Confluence
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate conflicts effectively
* Experience working with distributed teams and global clients
