- Oversee and direct execution of the sales efforts for vertical, market or LOB.- Managing performance of sales managers and personnel, including motivating, developing and directing them to deliver superior performance- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, specifically at the senior leadership level, to support the sales team, explore new opportunities or ensure retention of business.- Lead in strategic planning, issue resolution, budget development and expense management. - Work closely with other senior leaders in order to smoothly coordinate sales activities within other functional areas.- Identify, recruit, develop, and retain a high performance team of sales managers, who in turn lead other sales managers and professionals.Primary Location:BRA-BarueriFunction:Function - Sales and Account ManagementSchedule:Full time
