We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the analysis, testing and delivery of enhancements on our platform. This role requires collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit analyze and document business requirements and process improvements.
 * Assist in defining acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
 * Develop execute and maintain test cases and scripts for functional regression and integration testing.
 * Identify document and track defects work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
 * Support training and communication efforts related to new or updated platform functionality.
 * Maintain clear concise documentation for both business requirements and testing activities.
 * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * 2-3 years of combined business analysis and quality assurance experience with ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM modules preferred).
 * Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF) and/or other tools for test automation.
 * Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) testing methodologies and business analysis best practices.
 * Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
 * Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
 * Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary between $45,000 and $70,000 per year.
