Job Description
As an SAP Data Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle. This includes technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.
Working closely with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders, you will define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals. You'll coordinate and manage data conversion and data testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.
Key responsibilities include overseeing data preparation in coordination with SAP platform, functional, and other teams. You will provide leadership and mentorship to other data team members and ensure adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.
Additionally, you will track and report data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.
